Account deletion
Delete your MyStore account
You can delete your merchant account and the data linked to it at any time. Deletion is permanent: your store, products, orders, customers, pictures and subscription records are removed.
From the app
- Open the MyStore AI app and sign in.
- Go to Store → Account.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
By email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us from the address registered on your account and we will delete it for you.

The account and its data are deleted within 30 days. Invoices and payment records that the law requires us to keep are retained for the legally required period and then deleted.
